the zimmer family on lake mcqueeney

Can you already tell what a lovely family this is??!! These three beautiful children were so easy to work with! Chloe and Cole are both very good in front of the camera and their smiles say it all! Little Cadee was quite a bit more work, but those round cheeks are just scrumptious! And we were blessed with great weather and the gorgeous background of Lake McQueeney! Enjoy!

No signs of sibling rivalry here...

Miss Congeniality Chloe is a sweet 5 year old that will go to Kindergarten next year...

Cole is almost three, and he is all boy! He played peek-a-boo with me and it made for some fun pictures...

Oh baby-love! Cadee is 6 months old and absolutely adorable...

Thanks Zimmer family for spending the evening with me on the lake! And thanks to Mom for all the help!!

the first senior '09 shoot...tyler l.

Tyler was the first Senior '09 shoot for next year! Isn't he handsome?! Tyler will graduate from Canyon High School next year, and plans to attend either UT or Texas State. Tyler, his mom, Dorothy, and I had a great time trolling around town and taking lots of pictures! He was a great sport and a super-nice guy!!

Here are a few of Tyler showing his Canyon pride...

And a fun shot with his mom! She can hardly believe that her baby will be a senior next year!!! Mom- you should be very proud!

Thanks Tyler and Dorothy for a taking a whirlwind around New Braunfels with me! Y'all were a great family to work with, and luckily Tyler is very photogenic!!!

blue-eyed baby bridger...

Little Bridger has beaming blue eyes that are just beautiful. He was such a sweet baby yesterday and was really good having his picture taken! His big brother and big sister were great helpers, trying to get Bridger to smile and laugh.
Don't you just want to squeeze him?...

Here are some sweet shots for Mommy to remember how tiny he still is...

Mom thought we should ask the kids to be in a few of the pics just for fun...uh, oh!...

Luckily, outside, we had a some better luck...

Rett is a big kindergartner, and has equally as beautiful eyes as his baby brother...

Miss Sylvie didn't want her picture taken for anything! We were able to sneak in a few shots because she became interested in a caterpillar on one of the trees!

Thanks Elrod family for letting me get some pictures of little Bridger! And thanks to Rett and Sylvie for helping out and letting me get just a couple extra pics for your mom!

loving the lewis family!

I spent a very fun evening photographing the Lewis family at the park! I just might be partial to their family because they have three little boys, too! And it was great to see little Max again!

Here is tiny Max at his 6 week old photo shoot.

And Max now getting so big!

Here's Mr. Carter, and he was a character! Look at that precious grin!

And the big kindergartner, Jack!

Finally, a few shots of the whole family!

Thanks, Lewis family, for having fun with me today!

the happy heikes family

I had the opportunity of photographing the Heikes family yesterday! Pastor Laura and her family were a joy to work with! First United Methodist Church NB was such a beautiful background and the family's "second home!" Enjoy...

A great shot of Pastor Laura inside the sanctuary.

Precious little Leah gazing into the camera!

And big sister Anna was just a sweetheart!!

Thanks again for letting me photograph your family! Other than the crazy wind, we had a great time!! See y'all at church!

new camera!

I got my new camera recently and I'm so excited about it! Grady let me snap some pictures of him, and this one just melts my heart!

my first blog!!!

Welcome to my blog! I'm very excited to start this blog to go along with my new website, which should be finished soon! I will use this to post a few pictures of recent shoots, update you with new specials, and fill you in on anything that may be fun! I hope that you'll enjoy it as much as I will!

cousins at the park...
We took our 3 boys and our 4 girl cousins to the park for some Easter shots. We worked hard at getting all 7 of them to cooperate for the group shots. I do believe it's harder to photograph your own children!!!

We also took some of just the girlies, and here is my favorite...
