big thanks!!!!!! {new braunfels photographer}

I want to send a HUGE thank you to Black Swan Antiques at the Hampe House in Gruene and the New Braunfels Feed & Supply!!!!  The owner of Black Swan Antiques is one of the nicest people I've ever dealt with, and I really, really appreciate him for it!!!!  I want to thank Wendy at the NB Feed & Supply, as she and one of her awesome daughters helped me out with our bunny this year!!  I couldn't have done it without them!  They are true "bunny whisperers!"  Things like this make me adore living in our "little" town and getting to know local owners!!!!!!

The bunny pictures are all edited, so until next year....

bunnies - nathan {new braunfels, tx infant photographer}

Nathan just had his pictures taken with me a few months ago, so it was fun to see him again so quickly!  He was a hoot with the bunny!  He just wanted to feel his fur...aka...grab him & pick him up!  ;)  He was such a good boy!  Enjoy...

Check out his sneaky side...

And one of my favorites...Nathan was sleepy, but not the bunny!...

Thanks Mom!  Always good seeing you and chatting!

bunnies - adelyn {new braunfels, tx infant photographer}

I met Adelyn when she was a teeny little thing!  Now, she's sitting up and wearing a precious little yellow dress!  She's getting so big...but she's still a baby!!!  ;)  She ended up liking the basket more than the bunny!  It was funny!  Enjoy...

I think this face is hysterical! ;) Like, "Hey lady, why are so close with that camera?!"...

Thanks again!!!  It was great getting to see y'all and catch up a bit!

bunnies - the yanity twins {new braunfels, tx child photographer}

I've known this Mom since I was teaching kindergarten back in Katy...some 7+ years ago!  She moved to SA, and I've seen her a couple times since.  I had the pleasure of photographing her twin babies when they were oh-so-little!  And now, they're growing up and cute as ever!  LOVED the dresses they showed up in!  And my heart ached for mom, as one twin wanted to be in all the pictures, while the other didn't want to be in any.  ;(  I've been through this before, and it's no fun!  They're both so cute, even when pouting, that I just kept snapping!  Enjoy...

Thanks again!  It was really great seeing y'all!!!

bunnies - the kohleffel boys {new braunfels, tx child photographer}

Mom and I are friends through our local MOPS group.  I don't get to see her boys too often, so it was fun to see their little personalities...and a certain big brother's silliness!  He was cracking me up!  Enjoy...

See y'all soon!!!!

bunnies - jackson {new braunfels, tx child photographer}

I hadn't seen Jackson since we did his newborn shoot.  He's gotten so big!!!  Poor guy, didn't know what to think with us putting a bunny in a basket in front of him the whole time!  He's so cute!!!!!  Enjoy...

Thanks again!!!!!

bitter sweet...i'm 34 weeks {personal}

So, being 34 weeks would be a relief to most pregnant moms...right?  One of my girlfriends is actually due the day before me, and she is counting down the days until she has the baby!  But me, on the other hand...I'm treasuring each day that I have left being pregnant, as it really is my last time to do this!  I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE being pregnant, and I really wish that it would just last a little longer...say...until December or something!  ;)  He moves so much when I'm editing pictures, so I find myself constantly stopping to feel him in my belly or just watch how much my belly moves up and down.  (That could possibly also be the reason I'm taking a little longer editing all of these bunny shoot!  ;))  I think I keep feeling one of his little feet pushing on me.  It's an amazing site, and one that I hope to never forget.  I feel blessed to be able to experience this, for sure.

Now, don't get me wrong...I'm starting to get more and more uncomfortable...especially when I'm on my feet too much or sitting on a hard seat for too long.  AND, with the baby room getting closer to being finished and getting all the baby stuff into our house (infant carrier, swing, exersaucer, pacis, etc.), I'm also getting more and more excited for him to get here!  I daydream about what he will look like...about what his little personality will be...and how our family will work with his arrival.  AHHH!!!  Love the thought of all that "new-ness!"  Anyhow, a couple of my out-of-town friends and family asked me to post a few pics of myself pregnant...I thought, "No thanks, that's okay!" and now I'm thinking, "Why not?"  Especially since I like it so much, I shouldn't be so worried about it, right?  So, here are a few preggo pics of me over the past 34 weeks (taken by my hubby & Grady)...

10 weeks:

16 weeks: (same shirt...what was I thinking?!?!)

20 weeks:

28 Weeks:

30 weeks:

So, there you have it.  Yes, my belly is very big and I'm constantly told, "Oh, you look like you're going to pop!" Or, "Oh my, I really don't think you'll make it to May!!!"  And my favorite so far, "Wow, are you having the baby TODAY?!!!"  But I'll take the "you're so big" words all day long, because in the end, it just reminds me that I have a little baby boy growing inside of me!!!

bunnies - tenley {new braunfels, tx child photographer}

Love, love little Tenley.  Her Mommy is one of my girlfriends, so I get to see her more than my other families!  She's just precious and such a beautiful little girl!  It was so funny at the shoot because she wasn't too interested in the bunny.  It would be right next to her or practically on her, yet she'd be looking around at other things.  We kept saying, "Look at the LIVE bunny!!!"  Of course, being 9 months old, she didn't really get it.  Glad she cooperated so well, though!!!!  Enjoy...

Thanks!!!  See y'all soon!
