rylee b. (downtown new braunfels, tx)

Okay, with this adorable little girl, I just cannot do one of my regular posts. Her photo shoot was much more of a story, so I'm going with that!

When I met her and her sweet Mommy, Mom said to me, "We'll be lucky if we get any pictures of her looking at the camera. And it'll be a miracle if we get any of her smiling." My first thought...a challenge!!!

So, Rylee saw me lift my camera to start shooting, and this is what she thought of that! :)...

So, I attempted to just chat with her and walk around. Still nothing! Then, we heard the train coming!!! We were very close to the tracks, so we were going to get a good look...yes!!! Rylee showed us the way...

Rylee was so excited! She couldn't wait for the big train to come!!!...yippee...

And it came! But it was only three engines...and that was it! How sad for poor little Rylee! We had front row seats to the shortest train in all of history! She looked at her Mommy and me, and instantly started saying only one thing..."Choo!" "Choo?" "Choo?" That's all she would say! And she'd put her hands up, like, "Where did it go?" So, we got a lot of pictures with her mouth forming the word "Choo"!...

Still looking for Choo...

And STILL looking for Choo!...(cutest little lips!!!!)...

None of my efforts were working! I was trying to sing with her. Trying to talk about the things she liked. All she wanted to chat about was "Choo." BUT finally, we engaged her in a game of hide-n-seek!!!

Mission Accomplished!...smiles!...

As we continued to play, we made it across the street. As her mom was hiding, Rylee again discovered the tracks for "Choo!" Oh no! Instantly back to "Choo?" "Choo?"...

We just need a little distraction again! And we found one!

New Braunfels Firemen playing football in the street!!!...

"Hey guys, it's me Rylee. I'm just still looking for 'Choo'"!...

Thanks firemen, for saving lives and other things, but for saving my photo shoot!

Happy again!...

Mom, I hope these smiles are what y'all were looking for!!! I had a BLAST with your little Rylee. I've never run so much in one shoot, but it was too fun! Thanks!!!!
