I'm guessing Ty's mom has read The Happiest Baby on the Block because this was most definitely the Happiest Baby!!! I'm giving him the new title (for now) of The Happiest Baby on the Blog!!! I can't believe how big this tiny boy is getting! We took his 1 week pictures, and now he's holding up his head and smiling a ton! Enjoy...
